CanRep Inc. is a well-established Aerospace components distributor and an approved Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) aircraft component repair and overhaul facility in Mirabel’s area.

Job Description

The selected candidate will perform tasks with minimal supervision in the following areas:

  • Creation and tracking of customer orders and purchase orders in the ERP system
  • Sourcing of parts / supplier research
  • Setting up supplier / customer accounts
  • Inventory management using planning reports
  • Preparation and sending of quotes
  • Picking parts for work orders
  • Developing price requests for products
  • Conducting basic sales analyses and stock projections with the Director of Operations
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery times, and delivery status
  • Executing various reports (Excel)
Desired Skills

SKILLS/ASSETS:

  • Bilingual in French/English. The clientele is mainly outside Quebec
  • Computer skills, Excel
  • Power QUERY in Excel or Macros is a major asset
  • Experience in internal sales or purchasing is preferred
  • Inventory management experience is an asset
  • Technical experience in aeronautics is an asset.

Salary $25-$30 hourly
